; osition Overview We are seeking a skilled Pega Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our Pega BPM environment. This role is vital for ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our business-critical applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure the Pega platform operates smoothly and securely.
; Key Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and monitor the Pega platform including installation, patching, upgrades, and configurations.Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of Pega-based applications.Collaborate with developers and solution architects to support deployments and troubleshoot issues.Automate routine administration tasks through shell scripting or other tools.Manage security settings, user roles, and access controls within the Pega environment.Perform root cause analysis of platform-level incidents and implement preventive measures.Support integration of Pega with other systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, TCP, HTTP.Write and optimize SQL queries for system monitoring and troubleshooting.Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, procedures, and platform changes.

; Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience with Pega BPM.2+ years in a Pega Administrator role or similar platform support role.Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).Experience with Pega application development.Proficiency with Linux administration and shell scripting.Strong knowledge of SQL and database interactions.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Proficiency in integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, and HTTP.
; Preferred/Desired Skills Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, CI/CD pipelines.Hands-on experience with Java and/or Python.Experience using Git and managing code through pull request workflows.Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code is a plus.
