Job Description:
- At least 2 years relevant experience required. Design and produce standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and various data visualization reporting solutions related to new and ongoing PR announcements and initiatives.
- Gather and document report requirements. Use reporting tools, applications, and/or queries to create and configure new reports and dashboards.
- Perform modifications and enhancements on existing reports based on evolving business requirements.
- Validate and test reports to ensure accuracy and quality. May participate in the design and development of business intelligence reporting tools.
- May provide support and training to end-users for reporting tools and reports.
Hybrid Role - 3 days in Office/2 WFH
Skillset Matrix: Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Meltwater (a media, social and consumer intelligence tool), PowerBI.
What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) - Daily tasks will include generating coverage reports for various PR announcements and initiatives. Creation of self-service dashboards for stakeholders. Attending and engaging in meetings with stakeholders.
Preferred background/prior work experience? - Experience working in a fast paced PR environment, supporting multiple stakeholders and initiatives
Priority soft skills - Communication (written & in-person), teamwork, collaboration, analytical thinking, time management, stakeholder management.
Will support various PR teams within the CoRE (Communications, Responsibility & Events) department.
