Position: Salesforce SFDC Technical Lead
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6 12 Months

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce SFDC Technical Lead with over 7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and scaling Salesforce solutions within large enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and consulting experience to guide clients in building and optimizing Salesforce-based business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple applications and architectures.

  • Lead client workshops to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

  • Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Workflows, REST & SOAP APIs.

  • Drive Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration activities.

  • Oversee Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

  • Partner with pre-sales teams for solution design, scoping, and client presentations.

  • Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

  • Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, delivering customer-facing technical consulting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Salesforce development and ecosystem experience.

  • Proven expertise with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura, REST/SOAP APIs, and workflows.

  • Strong consulting background with experience in solution design and client engagement.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Prior experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a consulting environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and translate business needs into scalable solutions.

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.

  • Track record of mentoring and developing technical teams.

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Required).
