Description
This Business Analyst role would require a mixture of Functional as well as Technical Analyst skills. There would be a need for the candidate to have enough financial domain knowledge to successfully navigate the needs of the business.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and analyze complex business problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Time management skills: Ability to plan, organize, and manage priorities effectively.
Familiarity with business analysis methodologies: Knowledge of techniques such as process modeling, requirement elicitation, and business process reengineering.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and objectives.
Translating Business Needs: Convert business requirements into functional specifications that can be used by developers.
Communication & Collaboration: Work with development teams, stakeholders, and other BAs to ensure projects are aligned with business requirements.
Working with Technical Teams: Collaborate with developers and other technical staff to implement the solutions.
Change Management: Assess the impact of changes on the application and work with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
Documentation and Communication: Document requirements, specifications, and other relevant information, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in testing solutions or features to ensure they meet specifications and requirements.
Technical Analysis: Evaluate current systems, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
Solution Design: Work with Software Architect / Team Leads on technical specifications and document functional specifications.
Technical proficiency: Familiarity with software development methodologies, databases, and relevant technologies; SQL, ability to read code and understand software systems.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
