Responsibilities

  • Develop and build a cloud-hosted IAM Data Fabric to support data-driven Identity and Access decisions.
  • Onboard critical applications to IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Single Sign On (SSO), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Streamline access certification processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Modernize joiner/mover/leaver (JML) capabilities to enhance performance, reliability, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and policy requirements.

Skills

  • Experience with SAFe Agile and Microsoft ADO.
  • Proven expertise in strategic IAM design and architecture.
  • Competence in creating and maintaining documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage multiple tasks and changing requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with FICAM model and HHS Cybersecurity Performance Goals.
  • Experience with automation tools to reduce manual effort and errors.
  • Knowledge of standards for entitlement definition and data quality in IAM applications.
