Responsibilities
- Develop and build a cloud-hosted IAM Data Fabric to support data-driven Identity and Access decisions.
- Onboard critical applications to IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Single Sign On (SSO), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Streamline access certification processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Modernize joiner/mover/leaver (JML) capabilities to enhance performance, reliability, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and policy requirements.
Skills
- Experience with SAFe Agile and Microsoft ADO.
- Proven expertise in strategic IAM design and architecture.
- Competence in creating and maintaining documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage multiple tasks and changing requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with FICAM model and HHS Cybersecurity Performance Goals.
- Experience with automation tools to reduce manual effort and errors.
- Knowledge of standards for entitlement definition and data quality in IAM applications.
