Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud and grantmaking processes to support a high-impact digital transformation initiative within their Banking Technology division.
This role is ideal for a business-oriented professional who brings strong financial services experience, paired with Salesforce consulting expertise. The selected candidate will drive actionable insights and process improvements across Salesforce platforms, enabling smarter decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Evaluate and streamline current business processes.
- Create functional specifications, business cases, and support implementation efforts.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Salesforce and data tools.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate findings effectively.
- Support testing and project planning within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ensure alignment with business goals, compliance, and technology best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Experience with Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud and grantmaking workflows.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry.
- 2+ years of experience in a consulting environment.
- Strong analytical skills; experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and project tools.
- Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds, including:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Financial Services Cloud
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
