Job Details

Role Overview: The Integration Analyst is the EDI and middleware expert who will design and implement the data flows between Salesforce, SAP, and external partners. Skills in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and EDI standards (X12/EDIFACT) needed. This role involves setting up trading partner profiles, EDI agreements, and mapping data between SAP IDocs and EDI documents

Key Responsibilities
Build end-to-end iFlows in SAP Cloud Integration Suite for Salesforce SAP Trading-Partner traffic.
Create trading-partner profiles, AS2/SFTP channels, and EDI agreements for X12 180, 856, 810, etc.
Use Integration Advisor or B2B add-on to map IDoc segments to EDI messages; develop Groovy scripts for custom logic.
Implement real-time REST/SOAP APIs and error-handling, logging, 997 acknowledgements and re-processing flows.
Perform end-to-end testing with SAP, Salesforce and external partners; tune performance and security (TLS, certificates, encryption). Document interface landscape and hand over run-book to support teams.
Require 8+ yrs enterprise integration, 3+ yrs SAP CPI/B2B, deep EDI/X12 or EDIFACT expertise, and prior RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or OTC experience.
