Project Manager/Scrum Master

Systems Engineering Services is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master based in the Washington DC area. This will require work in office three days a week.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience: 3 5 years in project management and/or Scrum Master roles, preferably in financial services or technology.
Skills:
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management best practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting model transformation initiatives or large-scale technology programs.
Familiarity with governance processes and risk management in financial services.
Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP) or PMP certification is a plus.
