Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in leading complex SAP transformation initiatives. The primary focus of this engagement is to manage the full lifecycle of a strategic program involving the transition from a Salesforce-based service platform to the latest release of SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of SAP technologies, hands-on experience with SAP implementation methodologies, and proven leadership in large-scale, cross-functional project delivery. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, functional leaders, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution within scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP programs and projects (including S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and related functional modules) from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
Establish and manage detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, resource allocations, budgets, and timelines.
Collaborate closely with functional leads across FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, QM, WM, and other domains to drive integrated project execution.
Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle planning, blueprinting, system design, build, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, deployment, and post go-live support.
Identify, assess, and actively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure all deliverables align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication across teams and provide comprehensive status reporting to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and key milestones.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams to ensure accurate configuration, testing completeness, and seamless system integration.
