Job Details
Our client is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Solutions Architect & Engineer to lead a full-scale IT modernization initiative. This hands-on role reports directly to executive leadership and is responsible for evaluating existing infrastructure, designing future-state architecture, and executing enterprise-wide migrations to modern platforms including Lenovo/Dell, VMware 8.x, and Azure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess legacy infrastructure and create actionable modernization roadmaps.
- Lead hands-on migrations and infrastructure builds across VMware, Azure, Lenovo/Dell environments.
- Provide strategic technical guidance to leadership while independently driving implementation.
- Align infrastructure standards with broader corporate IT strategy.
- Document systems, present plans to stakeholders, and ensure execution meets business timelines.
Core Requirements:
- 7+ years leading complex infrastructure projects at the enterprise level.
- Strong proficiency in VMware, Azure, Active Directory/Azure AD, HPE/3PAR, Lenovo/Dell servers, and Cisco networking/security.
- Self-driven, organized, and effective in high-accountability environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in fast-paced, high-stakes sectors such as sports, media, or entertainment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Qualys, Coronet, Cisco Voice.
- Experience integrating IT systems with larger corporate parent organizations.
Compensation: $140,000 - 160,000
