Job Details
Seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Help Desk Techno-Functional Consultant to support the configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of our Oracle HCM Help Desk module. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge to effectively translate business requirements into scalable system configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the Oracle HCM Help Desk module, including service request categories, queues, workflows, SLA policies, knowledge management, and security profiles.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Design and implement functional solutions that align with business processes and best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical components such as fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, HCM extracts, and integration points (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Support testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT) and coordinate with users to validate configurations.
- Prepare configuration documentation, training materials, and handover notes.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to Oracle Cloud HCM release updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including at least 2 years working specifically with the Help Desk / HR Case Management module.
- Strong understanding of HCM modules such as Core HR, Security, Knowledge Management, and HR workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, and Integrations.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Help Desk or HCM Core).
- Experience with HR Service Delivery optimization projects.
- Knowledge of Oracle Digital Assistant or HR chatbot integration.
