Job Title: Lead Analyst Supply Planning

Summary
Senior individual contributor responsible for inventory and supply planning to ensure uninterrupted material availability in pharma or medical device manufacturing environments. Requires strong planning expertise, supplier coordination, and independent decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage inbound material flow from suppliers.
- Perform inventory and supply planning aligned with production schedules.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Suppliers.
- Assess and execute strategic bridge buys to mitigate supply risk.
- Analyze planning data and make independent, judgment-based decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of US-based supply planning experience.
- Mandatory experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory planning, supplier management, and MRP/ERP/SAP systems.
