Job Details
Job Title: Contracts Tools Coordinator
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ months
Primary Responsibilities
- Design requirements and implement solutions for communications and knowledge sharing with SEs
- Create and maintain SE pages for corporate internet and communications platforms
- Coordinate written and video content for enablement of SE tools and processes
- Set a collaboration framework, lead discussions with key business stakeholders
- Coordinate and assist with communications around enablement events
- Participate in external vendors relations, and support project managers as appropriate
- Other duties may also be assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with website design technologies
- Proficiency with full MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, Stream, Viva Engage).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, including video creation
- Analytical, organizational and cultural awareness skills with a passion for learning and user experience focus
- Bachelor s degree, Communications or related field
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with corporate intranet applications
- Experience with Sales Enablement tools like Highspot, Mindtickle
- Ability to work with project management tools to create a project plan and task list
- Experience in a Sales Engineering/Technical Sales environment
