Description
The Mobile UX/UI Designer will own the end-to-end design process, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across our mobile and web platforms. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining design standards, evolving our design system, and advocating for user-centered design principles across the organization. Collaborating closely with product management, development, and business leads, you will refine our user interface and visual design, ensuring that every interaction aligns with our brand vision and enhances usability.
Responsibilities and priorities include but not limited to:
Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify requirements and address design challenges.
Support user research, requirements gathering, and post-study analysis.
Leverage strategic data and insights to create meaningful customer and member experiences.
Work with business leads to develop marketing collateral, including app store assets.
Other duties and projects as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong visual and interaction design skills with a deep understanding of design trends and best practices
Ability to communicate concepts clearly and compellingly to audiences of all levels
Extensive experience in mobile app design, with a focus on driving revenue and engagement
Expertise in business requirements gathering, end-to-end journey mapping, and leading rapid concepting and prototyping at various levels of fidelity
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset
Deep understanding of the human interface guidelines for iOS and Android platforms
Previous work in mobile app UX/design for B2C applications
Vast experience and strong comprehension in Figma
Excellent graphic design skills
Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
