Job Summary
The Billing/Revenue Mgmt. Functional Lead will be responsible for designing and delivering functional enhancements to the MWNE LBM Billing system(s), through strong collaboration with Business SMEs and leadership of the technical team(s). This Lead will drive improvements in user experience, productivity, and operational efficiency. This Lead will also play a key role in identifying and mitigating risks, resolving defects/incidents, and architecting downstream Data Products that will be used across the Vistra Enterprise for overall visibility and management of the business.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

• Design and document billing enhancements to support and optimize LBM processes.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to eliminate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Adhere to Agile delivery principles by creating detailed user stories and functional designs to support technical development.
• Lead defect triage and testing efforts to ensure timely and effective issue resolution. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Process Designs and Functional Design Specifications.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships between business and technology teams to ensure alignment and shared goals.
• Serve as a functional subject matter expert across key functional areas including Billing, Finance, and Collections. Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders during project delivery phases, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities with business users. Coordinate effectively with both offshore and onshore teams, as well as third-party vendors.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

• Bachelors' degree or higher in computer science or related field, preferred
• Minimum 10+ years of IT experience working on systems integration.
• Functional experience with SAP Meter to Cash processes including Device Management, EDM, Billing, Invoicing, and Bill Print.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in team environment, as well as independently.
• Ability to lead and coordinate with various IT/Business and offshore teams.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in SQL query tools, scripting, programming languages, and relational databases.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with data migration related to new M&As
• Understanding of Agile practices.
