Job Title: Desktop Support Technician (Onsite)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join our team in a dynamic enterprise environment. This is an onsite role that involves direct interaction with end users across approximately 11 counties. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in desktop support and basic networking, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join our team in a dynamic enterprise environment. This is an onsite role that involves direct interaction with end users across approximately 11 counties. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in desktop support and basic networking, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for desktop and network systems
- Respond to service tickets, troubleshoot issues remotely, and perform desk-side support when necessary
- Assist users with software and hardware issues, including password resets, printing/scanning problems, and connectivity concerns
- Support a variety of devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile products
- Perform installations, upgrades, and maintenance of desktop systems
- Collaborate with remote server teams to provide hands-on assistance when needed
- Maintain knowledge of user permissions and access controls
- Participate in deployment projects and system rollouts
Technical Qualifications:
- Proficiency in desktop support including installation, troubleshooting, and repair
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic Apple mobile device support
- Understanding of network fundamentals and ability to perform basic troubleshooting
- Experience with workstation security, antivirus tools, disk imaging, and web browsers
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to email clients, printing, scanning, and connectivity
- Exposure to enterprise environments and ticketing systems preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems efficiently
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a distributed team
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to technical challenges
