Job Description:
- Maintain integration timelines and Legal milestone plans against broader integration program plans.
- Coordinate Legal SME and sub-team working sessions; track action items and decisions;
- Manage task dependencies, status reports, and track issue escalations across Legal.
- Centralize and maintain SharePoint workspaces, collaboration tools, and templates.
- Coordinate with business and consultants to align on tracking and reporting requirements; and
- Support Legal integration program document drafting, review, and updates.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $100.00-$105.00 per hour.
