We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Platform Analyst to lead the upgrade and support of our Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit. This role requires a proactive and technically proficient individual with strong expertise in Co-Pilot Studio, Power BI reporting, dashboard management, and Power Platform Canvas app development.
As a key contributor, you will work across teams to ensure the effective implementation and operation of Power Platform solutions, helping drive automation, data visualization, and workflow optimization. This is a hands-on, fully remote role with strategic impact and opportunities to lead innovation in our Power Platform environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the upgrade and troubleshooting of the Power Platform CoE toolkit
- Leverage Co-Pilot Studio to improve and automate development workflows
- Design, create, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business intelligence efforts
- Develop and support Canvas apps within the Power Platform to meet evolving organizational needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution implementation and usage
- Deliver training and ongoing support to internal teams on Power Platform tools and best practices
- Document technical processes and workflows for consistency and operational efficiency
Job Qualifications:
- Expertise in Power BI: Strong background in developing dashboards and reports with a focus on visualization and analytics
- In-depth experience with Power Platform CoE toolkit: Proven success in managing upgrades and resolving technical issues
- Hands-on experience with Co-Pilot Studio for solution development and automation
- Proficient in Power Platform Canvas app development, with attention to usability and functionality
- Familiarity with Azure services, particularly Azure Active Directory and analytics capabilities
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze logs, and provide efficient resolutions
- Strong documentation skills to support structured and repeatable processes
Minimum Requirements:
- 8 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Power Platform components
- 8 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging software applications
- 5 years of experience in data visualization and modeling using Power BI
- 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure Services, especially Azure Active Directory
- 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 for Customer Service is highly desired
