Description
TEKsystems' client is seeking a hands-on, Senior Technical Program/Project Manager specializing in End-User computing to manage their multibillion dollar M&A.
This role leads the execution of high-impact collaboration initiatives across Microsoft platforms, including Basic Federation, Cross Tenant Sync, Vendor Review, and Single M365 Tenant consolidation. The Program Manager will drive strategic alignment, technical delivery, and stakeholder engagement across enterprise boundaries, ensuring seamless collaboration and secure integration.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of Microsoft collaboration projects, including roadmap development, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
Federation & Sync Enablement: Oversee setup and testing of Basic Federation and Cross Tenant Sync between two environments, ensuring calendar visibility, Teams chat interoperability, and secure email exchange.
Tenant Consolidation & Governance: Lead planning and execution of Single M365 Tenant strategy, including license assignment, authentication models, Power Platform, Teams Voice migration and governance frameworks.
Tenant Security: Ensure and validate that Tenant security is maintained through changes, including Entra/Azure SSO, DLP and Purview.
Vendor Review & Integration: Manage Microsoft Vendor Review processes, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with business needs.
Email Strategy: Lead the planning and execution of a single email strategy, focusing technical enablement, Co-existence, data migration and user experience
Change Management: Collaborate with Change Managers to drive adoption and education around the change collaboration user experience and technical enablement
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate decision-making across IMO, IT, Legal, and vendor teams. Communicate risks, dependencies, and progress to executive stakeholders
Operational Excellence: Implement scalable ways of working-cadence, artifacts, templates, and tooling-to ensure delivery against milestones
Required Qualifications
10+ years leading large-scale, multi-workstream programs in enterprise environments (M&A or cross-company integrations preferred)
Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Okta, M365 collaboration, Teams Voice and remote access platforms (AVD/VDI)
Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Proven experience of managing Entra B2B, CTS and MTO Configuration changes.
Experience of managing data migration with robust governance
Proven ability to manage risks, resolve issues, and drive decision velocity across diverse teams.
Strong Communication skills and executive presence.
Preferred Skills
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
Experience with GDPR, SOX, and audit-ready design practices.
Background in cross-tenant collaboration and identity integration programs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
15+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 7 years in a senior or lead role.
Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects, including mergers, acquisitions, or enterprise system integrations.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $95.00/hr.
