Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Work Location : Salt Lake City, UT - Onsite

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to support our business processes. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and other modules.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow applications and services.

Implementation: Implement ServiceNow solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.

Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications to facilitate seamless data flow and automation.

Maintenance: Maintain and enhance ServiceNow instances, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

Consultation: Provide expert advice and consultation on ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Operations, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, processes, and user guides.

Training: Train and mentor junior developers and administrators on the ServiceNow platform and development practices.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer are required. Additional certifications in ITIL, Agile, or specific ServiceNow modules are a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Strong understanding of ServiceNow APIs, web services, and integration techniques.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
