Job Details
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer
- More than (7) years of experience in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of business intelligence solutions using PL/SQL & relational databases.
- Five or more years of hands-on experience with authoring and maintaining of reports using IBM Cognos suite of tools with relational databases.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Seven years or more of hands-on experience writing complex SQL for querying and development of reports and data analytics.
- Seven years or more of demonstrated hands-on experience with PL/SQL writing packages, stored procedures and triggers.
- Five years or more of demonstrated hands-on experience developing data models, data mappings, data migrations and assisting in data warehouse design in Oracle environment for Cognos.
- Five years of demonstrated hands-on experience with design & development of Cognos cubes for analytical reporting.
- Seven years or more experience of Oracle architecture and database design.
- Seven years or more experience working with different databases structure for OLTP, OLAP & high-volume transaction systems.
- Seven years or more experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Seven years or more experience with business reporting of IES programs like SNAP, HEAP, MEDICAID, PA, TANF.
- Two years or more experience with Google Big Query.
- Seven years or more experience with Health & Human services applications.
