Business Analyst
Summary
This Business Analyst will analyze current processes and systems that are candidates for automation or process improvement and then document the requirements and take a lead role in developing the business case for technology-based initiatives. They will be responsible for completing many of the project deliverables in the Selection & Feasibility stage of the project, as well as for planning and coordinating the test plan and user acceptance testing.
Responsibilities

• Document current business processes and identify opportunities to improve the delivery of products and services through process improvement and workflow automation.
• Meet with business units to define the scope and requirements for banking and general business products and systems.
• Perform a financial analysis to determine the costs and benefits of automation efforts.
• Work with systems analysts, project managers, and product managers to enhance/develop new banking and general business applications and systems.
• Plan and facilitate acceptance testing for new applications and systems.
• Review and embrace the corporate vision and initiatives including the Six Pillars of Success, then communicate and instill these in the team.
• Maintain client information in complete confidence.
• Complete other specific duties as assigned.
• Regular attendance is required; work at the assigned worksite or assigned remote location during regular business-hours and/or assigned-hours.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Bank Systems Project Manager or Business Analyst.
• Must be very familiar with financial products and services, as well as bank operations.
• Experience producing formal requirement documents and other technical business analyst deliverables.

Preferred

• Experience executing quality assurance processes.
