Job Details

We re hiring a T-1 Limited Electrical Technician to support structured cabling and telecom installations. You ll handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of voice, data, and video systems, ensuring all work meets electrical and low-voltage codes.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and terminate Cat5/6, fiber optic, coaxial cables

  • Perform network cabling layout based on blueprints and riser diagrams

  • Test cables with tools like OTDR, TDR, tone generators

  • Install racks, patch panels, telecom hardware

  • Maintain compliance with NEC and T-1 license scope

  • Complete detailed documentation and field notes

Qualifications:

  • Valid T-1 Limited Electrical License

  • 2+ years of experience in low-voltage telecom/cabling work

  • Familiar with BICSI standards, labeling, and test reporting

  • OSHA 10 or 30 preferred

  • Must be comfortable working onsite and at heights
