Job Details

Job Title: Senior Cloud Support Engineer - Onsite



Location: San Antonio,TX or Irvine, CA



Pay Rate: $58/hr (Negotiable based on experience)

Qualifications



1.10+ years of technical support experience in enterprise IT environments.

2.AWS Solutions Architect or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification required.

3.Deep expertise in monitoring tools such as Datadog, Nagios, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, or Splunk.

4.Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

5.Strong knowledge of cloud networking, security best practices, IAM policies, and infrastructure optimization.

6.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

7.ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.

8.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is a plus.

9.Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

10.Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
