Location : Canada (Ontario , Calgary )

Job Description:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years
- User provisioning and reporting
- Execution of user onboarding/offboarding as per business requirements
- Support for system processes, workflows, and data issues
- Operational support for Kahua configurations and application integrations
- Adherence to L2 24/7 ITSM processes and SLAs
- Monthly ITSM ticket reporting
- Support for business and Kahua in DR/BCP activities
