Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 implementations of Oracle Talent Management, specific to Goals and Performance Management.
- Hands on configuration experience utilizing Visual Builder.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Oracle technical skills (fast formulas, BI reporting, etc.)
- Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on assignments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Ability to work well with offshore teams.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience
