The Senior Technical Lead for Tier 2 will lead technical support staff across field and user environments. Responsibilities include managing deployment efforts, lifecycle operations, and regional response coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Tier 2 field engineers and support technicians.
- Oversee imaging, device deployment, and hardware lifecycle management.
- Coordinate field support across regions, particularly during high-volume events.
- Drive adherence to compliance and security standards in endpoint operations.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in desktop or field support environments.
- Proven experience in enterprise-scale device rollout and maintenance.
- Demonstrated leadership in coordinating large-scale IT operations.
