Position: Cisco VOIP Technician/Engineer

Location: Onsite Offutt Air Force Base

Clearance: Must have secret or higher

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Engineer III to join our team at Offutt Air Force Base. This role focuses on delivering integrated Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) solutions through the analysis, design, development, and integration of hardware, software, and human-machine interfaces. The Engineer III will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet system-level requirements while considering regulatory, safety, and cost factors.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze system-level requirements to design, develop, and integrate hardware and software components into comprehensive EIT solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure human-machine interfaces meet operational and safety standards.

Evaluate system limitations related to practicality, regulation, safety, and cost, proposing innovative solutions.

Develop and implement system test requirements, strategies, and validation processes.

Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and functionality.

Document technical procedures, test results, and processes, providing clear communication to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or related field).

Minimum of **10-12 years of experience in systems engineering, hardware/software integration, or similar roles.

Experience with UCM Is required and should be reflected on their resume

Strong experience with system design, development, and testing.

Proficiency in designing and integrating human-machine interfaces into broader system architectures.

Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in engineering environments.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Experience working in Department of Defense (DoD) or aerospace environments.

Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and testing strategies.

VOIP experience is highly preferred.
