Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (Required)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support a critical Salesforce Transformation Project. The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge of Sales processes and hands-on experience working on enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce CRM initiatives.
• Drive the design and implementation of scalable solutions within Salesforce to support Sales processes, including:
  • Account Management
  • Lead Management
  • Opportunity Management
• Facilitate requirements workshops, create user stories, and support UAT activities.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable Salesforce configurations.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Architects to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality.
• Assist with change management, training, and communication efforts.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 9+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities and limitations.
• Proven experience in Lead-to-Opportunity lifecycle management.
• Excellent knowledge of CRM business processes and best practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project management platforms
