Security Operations Engineer / SecOps / DevOps

A cutting-edge technology with a focus in the pharmaceutical industry is hiring a Security Operations Engineer that can toe the line between SecOps and DevOps. This company has an AI platform that integrates with clients existing infrastructure so there will be exposure to various computing environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SecOps/DevOps related roles with a focus on infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Expertise in implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Strong skills in automating, provisioning, and deploying services (shell/Python scripting, Ansible).
• Exposure to system and application observability (logging, monitoring, alerting).
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Security or DevOps / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) certifications.
• Hands-on experience with highly available fault-tolerant systems (failover, replication, sharding).
• Proficiency in configuring and managing web application stacks (web servers, reverse proxies, load balancers).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, containerization, and orchestration tools.
• MongoDB administration and performance tuning.
• Machine Learning operations (MLOps).
