Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven W2 Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting candidates for contract and full-time positions under a W2 employment model. You will work closely with hiring managers, account executives, and candidates to ensure timely and successful placements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various IT, engineering, and non-technical roles.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for W2 candidates from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to understand client requirements.

  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to determine qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate pipelines.

  • Ensure candidates meet compliance and background requirements prior to onboarding.

  • Develop and maintain a network of professional contacts through social media, job boards, referrals, and networking events.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and local labor market conditions.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter (2+ years), preferably in a staffing or consulting environment.

  • Strong understanding of the W2 employment model and onboarding process.

  • Experience working with various job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with recruiting tools, Boolean search, and sourcing strategies.

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience placing IT and technology professionals.

  • Prior experience working in a staffing agency.

  • Knowledge of H1B, C2C, and 1099 arrangements (a plus, but not required).
