Job Details

Great opportunity to join a fast-growing North Dallas Healthcare Corporation with 30,000 professionals in more than 260 locations across 30 states.

Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to ensure that ServiceNow operates efficiently, meets organizational needs, and supports key business processes. Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. You will administer the platform, manage incidents / changes, create custom reports, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Platform Administration: Configure, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow instances, including modules like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and Service Catalog.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users and IT teams to maximize platform utilization.
  • User Management: Create and manage user profiles, roles, and permissions. Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues.
  • Process Implementation & Workflow Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement workflows, automation, and integrations based on organizational requirements.
  • Incident, Change, and Problem Management Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, manage upgrades, patches, and ensure minimal system downtime.
  • Service Catalog Management: Design and maintain the service catalog, ensuring it reflects the needs of the business and end-users.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making and business intelligence.
  • System Upgrades & Patch Management: Manage the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and hotfixes to ensure the platform is running on the latest version.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Adhere to ITIL processes and industry best practices to ensure ServiceNow is being used optimally and in compliance with internal policies.

BACKGROUND

  • Strong experience as administrator and/or developer for ServiceNow.
  • Experience implementing at least 3 of the following ServiceNow applications:
    • Incident Management
    • Problem Management
    • Service Catalog
    • Change Management
    • IT Business Management (Project Portfolio Management and Agile Development)
    • IT Operations Management.
  • Experience building and maintaining CMDB, Asset/Product Management
  • SQL experience for Data Mining and Data Analysis.
