We are looking for Technical Coordinator for my client

Role: Technical Coordinator

Location: 6 day onsite in a month rest remote

Job Description

The Technical Coordinator supports the Health Data Services team by arranging meetings, tracking work, and documenting decisions across multiple technical projects. This role ensures the Director of Health Data Services stays informed on project status and that staff are aligned with direction and priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings; document notes, decisions, and action items.

  • Track project tasks, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Create work structures, policies, procedures, forms, and trackers.

  • Support staff training coordination and manage vendor relationships.

  • Develop reporting tools and process documentation to support scalable workflows.

  • Assist the data team with communication and coordination across operational users.


Business Need

The role helps establish structure, documentation, and reporting for numerous small technical projects. Once effective tools and processes are built, the ongoing need for the coordinator may decrease.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience.

  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

  • Proficient English.

  • Understanding of basic project management principles.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Healthcare, Government, or County Health Care.

  • Familiarity with PMI/PMP terminology.

  • Experience working with data engineers or technical teams.
