Role: Senior Analyst - Integration Directorate (Force Structure)

POP: 12+ months

Location: National Capital Region; On-site (Pentagon in DC)

JOB SCOPE:

The Senior Analyst supports the Directorate of Integration (DOI) with force structure analysis, requirements documentation, and integration of equipment requirements with organizational design. This position requires expertise in force management processes, TOE/MTOE development, and coordination across Army force structure stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Secret Clearance required (TS Clearance may be required for certain portfolios)
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties
  • Experience at senior levels of the Army such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands
  • Mastery of force management processes and documents including TDAs, TOEs, and MTOEs
  • In-depth knowledge of HQDA staff organization and functions
  • Understanding of Army manpower authorizations for military and civilian personnel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience with FMSWeb and force structure databases
  • Strong analytical and coordination skills
  • Ability to work with TRADOC, AMC, FORSCOM, and other Army organizations

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Master's degree may substitute for one year of force development experience; PhD may substitute for two years
  • Experience with Total Army Analysis (TAA) and Force Feasibility Review (FFR) processes
  • Knowledge of BOIP Feeder Data (BOIPFD) and BOIP development
  • Experience supporting Equipment Review and Validation Board (ERVB)
  • Previous experience as Organization Integrator (OI) or Functional Integrator (FI)
  • Requirements Management Certification Training (RMCT) Level-B or Level-C certification

TASKS:

  • Perform analysis and evaluation pertaining to unit equipment requirements and authorizations
  • Support documentation review and validation of SRCs, TOEs, MTOEs, and TDAs
  • Integrate input from DOM SSOs in developing suitability, supportability, and resourceability assessments
  • Coordinate with G-3 FM Organization Integrators and Functional Integrators on requirements documents
  • Support Equipment Review and Validation Board (ERVB) preparation and execution
  • Analyze force structure changes and their equipment implications
  • Assess equipment requirements against approved force structure and BOIPs
  • Support TAA and FFR processes and determine impacts on assigned programs
  • Coordinate type classification, substitutions, and LIN validation in cQUIP
  • Verify AO requests for accounts and facilitate validation between cQUIP and DOM Divisions
  • Coordinate with DOM Divisions in managing all HQDA LINs/NSLINs on HQDA LIN List
  • Monitor and support DCS G-8 FD position in LIN Validation meetings
  • Review ORDAB documents and provide assessments on equipment affordability and supportability
  • Support BOIP development process including coordination with DOM SSOs
  • Prepare information papers, briefings, and executive summaries on force structure issues
  • Coordinate across ARSTAF, TRADOC, and ACOMs on force design initiatives
  • Track force structure decisions and their impacts on equipment programs
  • Support integration of equipment requirements across DOTMLPF-P domains
  • All other duties as assigned by management
