Job Details
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Workday Integration experience (HCM modules).
- Hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and integrating it with Workday.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and SFTP.
- Experience configuring and maintaining recurring/scheduled integrations.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize high-volume integrations.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the financial services or banking sector.
- Exposure to Workday Recruiting module.
- Knowledge of middleware platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
