Oracle WebCenter Content Developer
Houston, TX Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Oracle WebCenter Content Developer with expertise in Oracle WebCenter Content 12c, WebCenter Forms Recognition, and Capture 12c (IPM/WFR/Capture). The ideal candidate will work independently under minimal supervision, delivering technical solutions for content management applications, supporting business users, and collaborating closely with a large Oracle support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical development and support for Oracle WebCenter Content 12c (UCM/Stellent) and WebCenter Forms Recognition & Capture 12c.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system specifications and create documentation that meets business and technical requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with Change Management and SOX control requirements.

  • Apply industry-standard project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Continuously expand business knowledge through research, training, and professional development.

  • Track deliverables and provide progress reports to management.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years configuring and customizing Oracle WebCenter Content 12c (formerly Stellent/UCM), including RIDC.

  • 2 3 years working with WebCenter Forms Recognition and Capture 12c.

  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) concepts: taxonomies, records management, metadata, workflows, search, and security.

  • Experience migrating content from legacy repositories to Oracle WebCenter Content.

  • Proficiency in SQL with solid knowledge of Oracle databases.

Preferred Skills
  • Development experience with Java, Spring Boot, JSP, React.

  • Front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, SQL.

  • Experience with Elasticsearch.

  • Integrating Oracle WebCenter Content with business applications.

  • Developing custom user interfaces for WebCenter Content.

  • Linux system administration, environment setup, and maintenance.
