We're looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with a strong Python development background. You'll be instrumental in shaping our testing strategies, building robust automation frameworks, and ensuring the quality of our diverse software applications. If you're passionate about both coding and quality, and have a solid foundation in Python and SQL, we encourage you to apply. Experience with data modeling or ETL processes is a definite plus. Experience in the insurance or pharmacy benefit management industries

What You'll Do:

  • Strategize & Plan: Develop detailed test strategies, plans, and scenarios for multiple software workstreams, adapting to various release cycles.
  • Test Extensively: Execute functional, performance, and automated tests across both user interface (UI) and non-UI application components.
  • Influence Design: Participate in architectural and design reviews to gain a deep understanding of product complexities, using this insight to craft effective test scenarios.
  • Automate with Python: Design and develop highly robust, scalable, and maintainable automated test scripts, harnesses, and tools, primarily using Python.
  • Drive Improvement: Continuously enhance our test automation processes and methodologies to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of combined experience in QA Automation or Software Development with Python.
  • 3+ years of experience building and implementing UI, API, and Backend test automation frameworks in large-scale environments.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with SQL queries.
  • 5+ years of experience with QA or development methodologies, principles, tools, processes, and metrics.
