Description
Databricks is hiring an experienced IT Support Analyst - specializing in Azure tooling to manage and analyze the growing backlog of new account requests, deprovisioning of accounts and support. You will be a member of the IT Support team and ensure the best possible user experience is being provided in every single interaction. You will provide exceptional customer service in your interactions with all Bricksters through tickets, email, and slack pings. You will be able to multitask and troubleshoot multiple user issues simultaneously and own ongoing small to medium-project work. You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to end-users, reviewing, updating and improving the end-user documentation and processes and working cross functionally to drive improvements. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The position requires excellent communication skills, a fundamental understanding of IT systems, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures. Outcomes Respond to incoming support requests and incidents in Slack and Ticketing systems Identify and diagnose all Azure account and access issues, unblock users and remove friction in processes Work cross functionally to improve efficiency by proposing new processes, tools, strategies, and automation within the Azure tooling Provide troubleshooting and guidance to drive issues to resolution Maintain high quality and standards within the expected SLAs Log customer interactions and create support tickets for tracking purposes. Ensure tickets are updated with accurate and detailed information Escalate and collaborate on complex issues with higher-level support Maintain, update and improve knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures. Administer and provide user account provisioning and management Maintain the asset inventory system and ensure all hardware/software allocations are logged Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and technologies Ensure successful FIDO YubiKey transition in partnership with Microsoft partners Onboarding and offboarding of b-dash / SAW. Maintain an inventory of Azure Databricks's assets for audit and compliance purposes. Generate weekly reporting and email communications on inactivity accounts. and unhealthy machines to prevent loss of access. Manage relationships with MSFT partners for continuous onboarding & offboarding Azure assets. Maintain a streamlined process with our internal and MSFT partners. Competencies Experience working on a high-volume ticketing system (+4000 PM) 2+ years of experience or related experience in administering and maintaining ITSM systems and related tools Extensive experience providing support in an engineering environment Experience supporting customer IT needs within a global team supporting multiple regions and time zones In-depth knowledge of and the ability to perform advanced troubleshooting in Microsoft, Azure account and access issues Perform exploratory and statistical analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business decisions Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels Present data-backed proposals for process changes, strategic initiatives, or new business opportunities

Along with runbooks for them to follow. This is Hybrid role. Onsite Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. Preference is for this person to sit in SF given Danny and Kelvin sit there. But open to Sunnyvale as well. B-Dash Accounts, Microsoft, OKTA, Slack, Using Virtual Environments. 6 Month Contract with the chance to extend and even go fulltime down the road. Somone with automation exp would be a nice to have. Azure B dash Instance. Someone on the team supporting this for the past 7 months. Jira, Microsoft, Re-organize, work with engineers, MFA, Support Logs, Azure Tooling.
