Job Summary: Technical Business Analyst role will be responsible for implementation of product enhancements and production support of 1:1 Messaging. Triage of incidents, change requests and support tasks and data analysis as it relates to production support.
Essential Job Functions:
Support a data driven products, ability to work with inbound/outbound data sets, file schedules, monitoring, databases, and updating business requirements documentations.
* Three years of experience in writing SQL queries
* Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure SQL DB, Google Cloud Platform Cloud SQL or AWS Amazon RDS and/or Databricks
* Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights
* Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile or Scrum
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues
* Ability to create detailed technical documentation and reports.
* Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experienced in using project management tools such as Jira
* Strong organization skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field.
* Three years of experience in writing SQL queries
* Strong data analysis skills
* Experience gathering and documenting requirements
* Experience creating/executing queries in Databricks environment is a plus
* Strong oral and written communications skills
* Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
* Strong facilitation skills
* Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel
* Extreme attention to detail
* Experience within a customer or technical support environment
* Exemplary professional demeanor, resourcefulness, flexibility, and self-motivation
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high stress/fast paced work environment
* Proven data driven decision-making skills
