Resolution Sales Tax Coordinators

Compile all customer documentation for sales tax exemption; ensure validity of documents
Complete requests for Supplier Numbers; follow up as needed
Accurately calculate refund amounts by customer
Work within client Systems to accurately submit refunds for processing
Partner w/ internal functions to ensure refunds are completed timely
Maintain consistent and transparent communication with sales & other partner functions as needed
Contact customers to collect documentation where lacking
