Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in data center inventory management and extensive hands-on involvement with Salesforce Objects (SO), Oracle Fusion, Oracle CPQ, and ERP systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of BSA experience and a solid track record of driving end-to-end enterprise application integration projects, specifically in inventory and operations environments.

Must-Have Requirements:
  1. Salesforce Objects (SO) strong hands-on experience.

  2. 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.

  3. Proven experience in data center inventory management.

  4. Hands-on experience with end-to-end integrations of:

    • Salesforce

    • Oracle Fusion

    • Oracle CPQ

    • ERP systems

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Inventory Management, Product Management, Data Center Ops, Engineering, Sales) to document business and technical requirements.

  • Create and manage user stories, business problem statements, acceptance criteria, and test plans related to inventory management.

  • Drive impact analysis and discovery across enterprise systems: CRM, CPQ/Quoting, Order Management, Subscription Management, Service Delivery, and Finance.

  • Develop system architecture diagrams, UI wireframes, and data flow models to support solution design.

  • Ensure seamless communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.

  • Lead validation and reconciliation efforts during testing and data migration phases.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.

  • Strong domain knowledge in data center inventory management and operations.

  • Proven history of successful enterprise software implementations.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Salesforce (including SO)

    • Oracle Fusion

    • Oracle CPQ

    • ERP systems integration

  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira, MS Visio, or equivalent tools.

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
