We are actively seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in data center inventory management and extensive hands-on involvement with Salesforce Objects (SO), Oracle Fusion, Oracle CPQ, and ERP systems.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of BSA experience and a solid track record of driving end-to-end enterprise application integration projects, specifically in inventory and operations environments.
Must-Have Requirements:-
Salesforce Objects (SO) strong hands-on experience.

10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.

Proven experience in data center inventory management.

Hands-on experience with end-to-end integrations of:

Salesforce

Oracle Fusion
-
Oracle CPQ

ERP systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Inventory Management, Product Management, Data Center Ops, Engineering, Sales) to document business and technical requirements.

Create and manage user stories, business problem statements, acceptance criteria, and test plans related to inventory management.

Drive impact analysis and discovery across enterprise systems: CRM, CPQ/Quoting, Order Management, Subscription Management, Service Delivery, and Finance.

Develop system architecture diagrams, UI wireframes, and data flow models to support solution design.

Ensure seamless communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.

Lead validation and reconciliation efforts during testing and data migration phases.

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.

Strong domain knowledge in data center inventory management and operations.

Proven history of successful enterprise software implementations.

Hands-on experience with:

ERP systems integration

Familiarity with Atlassian Jira, MS Visio, or equivalent tools.
