- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
- Associate's degree or certification in Electronics Technology, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field (preferred).
- Coursework in basic electronics, circuit testing, or manufacturing (preferred)

* Swapping ICs and running tests on automated test stations
* Observing, documenting and resolving errors in test flow
