Job Details

Epic Tapestry Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Support, configure, and optimize Epic Tapestry (benefits, claims, authorizations, enrollment).

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.

  • Develop and maintain reports using Epic Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito, and related data models.

  • Create dashboards and analytical solutions for business and operational teams.

  • Ensure data integrity, perform validations, and manage data extracts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for upgrades, enhancements, and integration workflows.

  • Document workflows, technical specs, and provide user support/training.

Required Skills:

  • Epic Certifications: Tapestry, Clarity Data Model, Caboodle, Cogito.

  • Strong knowledge of managed care workflows (claims, benefits, enrollment).

  • Proficiency in SQL and healthcare data analysis.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
