Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization and statistical analysis, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support product and marketing initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership clearly and compellingly.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in data analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools.
- Knowledge of business intelligence and data warehousing.
