Job Details

< data-start="880" data-end="912">Key Responsibilities:</>

  • Lead and deliver SAP PP solutions for pharma manufacturing processes including Discrete, Process, and Repetitive Manufacturing.

  • Configure and support SAP PP modules including:

    • Master Data (Material Master, BOM, Work Center, Routing, Resources)

    • Production Orders & Process Orders

    • Batch Management & Batch Determination

    • Capacity Planning, MRP, and Long-Term Planning

    • Shop Floor Control & MES integration

  • Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, GxP, and validation processes in all SAP PP implementations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QM, MM, WM, PM, and SD) to integrate processes.

  • Provide expertise in PI sheets, Recipe Management, and Digital Manufacturing in pharma.

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable PP solutions.

  • Perform system testing (IQ/OQ/PQ), validation documentation, and end-user training.

  • Support rollout and enhancements, resolve incidents, and improve business processes.

  • Mentor junior consultants and provide thought leadership in PP best practices.

< data-start="2011" data-end="2051">Required Skills & Experience:</>

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP (Production Planning).

  • Minimum 2 3 full cycle SAP PP implementations in the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector.

  • Strong expertise in Process Orders, Batch Management, PI Sheets, and Recipe Management.

  • Knowledge of SAP QM integration (quality in process and at goods receipt) for pharma.

  • Deep understanding of MRP, demand management, planning strategies, and capacity planning.

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA (preferred).

  • Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, GxP compliance, and validation documentation.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

  • Experience with SAP Advanced Planning (IBP/APO).

  • Integration with MES systems (Werum PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, etc.).

  • SAP PP-PI knowledge for Process Industries.

  • Exposure to SAP ATTP, Serialization, and Pharma-specific compliance solutions.
