Bilingual Quality Assurance Tester (English/Spanish)
Contract Length: 12 months + potential extension
Location: Dallas, Texas   Hybrid (3 days onsite, downtown Dallas)
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bilingual Quality Assurance Tester (English/Spanish) to join our client s team in downtown Dallas.
The QA Tester will be responsible for reviewing business, functional, and design specifications, developing and executing manual test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and ensuring that all applications meet the highest standards of quality.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has strong analytical skills, and brings solid experience testing a range of systems including web, mobile, IVR, chatbot, and ETL applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
 - Must be bilingual fluent in English and Spanish (required)
 - 6+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing of critical customer-facing applications
 - Proficiency with testing tools such as qTest and JIRA
 - Strong understanding of IT processes, testing methodologies, and quality standards
 - Experience testing across multiple environments, including mobile apps, IVR systems, chatbots, and ETL processes
 - Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis
 - Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TOSCA, Cypress) is a plus
 - Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business, functional, and design specifications to fully understand applications under test
 - Develop, document, and maintain detailed test cases, scripts, and test results
 - Execute manual tests, identify bugs, and report defects in JIRA or similar tools
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review test plans and ensure quality standards are met
 - Identify and escalate potential quality issues promptly
 - Participate in regression and performance testing efforts
 - Maintain organized documentation of testing artifacts for future use
 - Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies
