Job Description:
 

Need a proactive Workday Integration Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and Deployment integration solutions between Workday and Third-Party systems. Require strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in Workday integration development and leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in Workday tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, Packaged Connector and Workday Report Writer.
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM and Workday Payroll modules
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to design and implement scalable Workday solutions.
  • Effectively Guide team to achieve seamless deployments and address challenges proactively.
  • Manage the development lifecycle, including system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment of integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration needs, assess system requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
