Returns Technician

Our client is looking for a Returns Technician a team member who can assist both the Returns and QA departments, with a specific focus on receiving returned units, refurbishing them, preparing and repairing PCs, and testing parts. This position is intended to handle high-priority tasks that often cause delays in lead times for new unit sales or customer responses. The technician will be able to float between the two departments during periods of high demand, while maintaining a primary focus on these critical tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

- Receiving and processing high value equipment such as Panoramic X-rays and Mills

- Processing Consignment requests from the sales team

- Refurbishing X-ray equipment in preparation for sale

- Preparing new x-ray acquisition computers for sale with new units via regular updates and imaging

- Refurbishing returned x-ray acquisition and reconstruction computers

- Assisting the Returns team with day to day issuing and receiving as needed

- Assisting the QA team as needed with new unit orders as needed

Salary: $23/hour
