JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Practice Head to lead and grow our ServiceNow delivery and consulting practice. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for practice development, client engagement, technical delivery, and team management. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, deep ServiceNow platform expertise, and a consultative approach to drive customer success and practice excellence.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow Practice .
  • Proven experience in scaling and managing a ServiceNow practice or business unit.
  • Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
  • Excellent client-facing skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow licensing, delivery models, and best practices.
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master s preferred).
  • ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CSA, ITSM, etc.) are highly desirable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Practice Leadership:
    • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow practice.
    • Develop go-to-market strategies, service offerings, and reusable assets.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Serve as a senior advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and proposing appropriate ServiceNow solutions.
    • Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Delivery Oversight:
    • Oversee end-to-end implementation and support projects.
    • Ensure quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Team Management:
    • Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of ServiceNow architects, developers, and consultants.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Pre-sales & Alliances:
    • Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
    • Collaborate with ServiceNow and other technology partners.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience working with global delivery teams.
  • Exposure to other ITSM tools and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to drive business development and revenue growth.
