Title: IAM Business Analyst
Location: Whippany, NJ (Onsite)
Type: Contract

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven IAM Business Analyst to lead the successful delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role plays a critical part in aligning IAM capabilities with compliance, risk, and strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of IAM governance and controls, along with a strong background in process improvement and enterprise security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with IAM Architects, Product Owners, Engineers, and senior stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements for IAM solutions.

  • Define and document end-to-end IAM processes and governance procedures, including control documentation and guidance materials.

  • Support the integration of IAM systems and services, while driving user adoption and providing related training and guidance.

  • Assist in developing metrics and dashboards to monitor adoption, usage, and control effectiveness across IAM tools and services.

  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment on IAM initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, standards, and practices.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst supporting large-scale IT or security projects.

  • In-depth understanding of IAM governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

  • Skilled in process design and documentation, with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of working across technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

  • Experience in system integration and driving user adoption strategies.
